The Uruguayan FA have given Luis Suarez permission to play for Liverpool in the Premier League this weekend.
The South Americans take on Jordan in Amman on Wednesday in the first leg of the AFC v CONMEBOL playoff qualifier for the 2014 World Cup but they have allowed Suarez to take the pitch for Saturday's meeting with Fulham at Anfield.
FIFA rules stipulate that a player must be released by his club five days prior to an international but Uruguay have reached a compromise with Liverpool who will send Suarez to Istanbul on a private jet after the match in order to link up with the rest of the squad.
