Leicester City defender Matt Upson insists they're capable of beating the drop.
Upson has drawn confidence from their performances in recent games.
"It has been a particularly tough run of games and we can hold our heads up high with the way we have performed and the attitude of the guys hasn't changed," he told the Leicester Mercury.
"No matter how long we have been in that position at the bottom of the table, the lads haven't changed their attitude.
"I don't think anyone who comes and sees us play can say that there isn't a performance level that has been pretty consistent every game. It is easy for that to slide away - and it hasn't done.
"In my mind that gives us real belief and an opportunity to get out of the trouble we are in."
