Udinese are sending striker Leandro Caruso back to Argentina.
The former Velez Sarsfield forward is joining River Plate on an initial 12-month loan worth £250,000.
In exchange, Udinese also get first refusal on River youngster Facundo Affranchino, who is rated in the £5 million class.
