Udinese midfielder Gaetano D'Agostino says his move to Juventus fell through in the summer because of the Turin club.
Speaking to Tuttosport ahead of Sunday evening's match between Juventus and Udinese, D'Agostino said: "Juve are always a stimulus, they are a great club.
"However, I am thinking about Udinese. We need points and continuity. I am doing a lot of therapy to resolve the problem with my sciatic nerve. I absolutely want to be there."
Asked if he still feels bitter about how things turned out in the summer, D'Agostino replied: "I would be lying if I said that the events in pre-season left me indifferent.
"I read the newspapers and I found myself going to Juve or to Real Madrid. But now that's all in the past. I am concentrating on Udinese. And if I look back I feel only pride at being accosted by two great clubs."
