Udinese president Giampaolo Pozzo has delivered a vote of confidence to coach Pasquale Marino after defeat to Cagliari last night.

'With all the esteem I have for him, I can tell you that I have never wavered because there was no reason," said Pozzo.

"We are satisfied with the work of Marino."
