Udinese coach Guidolin urges players to lift their heads after poor run

Udinese coach Francesco Guidolin has urged his players not to get down on themselves after a series of poor results.

The Friulani had been unbeaten in 2011 before running into two consecutive defeats to Lecce and Roma, so Lazio have recaptured fourth.

"We must not lose our concentration," said the Coach. "The last thing we must do now is feel like victims. That is the mentality of a weak man. We must never seek short-cuts to reach an objective."

The club was furious with the referee after their goal was disallowed in stoppages, allowing Roma to win with the last kick of the game.

"We must note there were three big mistakes in that match. Giampiero Pinzi gave away the penalty. Cuadrado's error led to the winning goal. Then there was the third, by the referee.

"At the end of the day, the best team will win the race for Champions League qualification."
