Udinese sports chief Pietro Leonardi has welcomed their UEFA Cup group draw.

They enjoyed a favourable UEFA Cup draw, as they will meet Tottenham, Spartak Moscow, Dinamo Zagreb and Dutch side NEC.

"They are all good teams with great traditions," Leonardi declared.

"It will be an even group and we will need to show the kind of quality we have demonstrated recently.

"Tottenham have spent lots of money and are struggling? It's still too early to say that, but I hope they find their form after they have played us.

"It won't be easy to travel to Spartak Moscow because of the climate and the fact they have a synthetic pitch."
