Former Birmingham City co-owners David Sullivan and David Gold have tabled an improved takeover offer for West Ham United.
The Sun says they want the owners Straumur to accept their bid by 6pm tonight or the pair will pull out.
The two Davids gave their ultimatum over the weekend.
They are understood to have upped their original offer as well as take over a share of the club's debts, believed to be around £49million.
But the bid is still less than the £100m investment company Intermarket are prepared to pay for the Hammers.
Sullivan and Gold will also put a ban on ANY player leaving and also invest in new stars.
