The Chelsea Football Club clinched the 2014/15 Barclay Premier League title on Sunday.
Jose Mourinho's Blues defeated Crystal Palace 1-0 at Stamford Bridge to maintain their 13-point lead over the rest of the competition which has enabled them to claim their fourth premiership since the inception of the inception of the Premier League in 1992.
Chelsea have recorded 25 wins and eight draws from their 35 league fixtures so far and are worthy winners of the trophy.
