Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho insists Alvaro Arbeloa did not act up for Nani's straight red at Manchester United last night. Mourinho felt the decision was harsh, but insisted his fullback did not contribute to the referee's actions.
"I am critical of players who simulate, with push the referees into wrong decisions. It's not the case here. There exists quite strong contact between Nani and Arbeloa and the referee has decided to give red and, perhaps, it could have been yellow.
"We only have come to play our game. (Sir Alex) Ferguson told me the same thing. Honesty and fair play is important to us."
