Rustu Recber is believed to be open to another offer from Philadelphia Union regarding a shift to MLS.
The 39-year old Turkish goalkeeper is currently in retirement but could make a comeback if the Union return with an improved offer on their initial proposal.
The Brotherly Game reports that the former Fenerbahce, Besiktas and Turkey national team star turned down Philly's first bid because the salary was not enough for him to relocate with his wife and two children.
However, it has come to light that Recber, who made 120 international appearances during his career, will reconsider a more substantial offer from the Union if they were prepared to offer it.
