Chelsea and Manchester United have made offers to Atletico Madrid midfielder Arda Turan but the Turkey international is waiting on Barcelona to firm up their interest in him, reports Spanish newspaper AS.
Barcelona's board will meet today to make a decision on signing the 28-year-old, who Nou Camp boss Luis Enrique is keen to add to his squad.
