Borussia Dortmund are ready to outbid Premier League clubs for Club Brugge striker Obbi Oulare.
The 19 year-old centre-forward has been scouted by Manchester United, Everton and Sunderland this month.
However, BILD says BVB are also keen and incoming coach Thomas Tuchel wants to make Oulare his first signing.
Tuchel will succeed Jurgen Klopp in the summer and believes Oulare can provide the physical presence in attack BVB have been missing since Roberto Lewandowski's move to Bayern Munich.
BVB believe they can land Oulare for €5 million, though that valuation will rise should United and Everton firm up their interest.
