Thomas Tuchel says he expects to remain in charge of Bayern Munich after guiding them to the Bundesliga title.
Yesterday, Bayern secured a league title and then fired CEO Oliver Kahn and sporting director Hasan Salihamidžić.
"I knew about it since yesterday (Friday, that they would be fired)," said former Chelsea manager Tuchel.
"Hasan called me two months ago, with Oli Kahn, and convinced me that we should do this together. They were clearly involved in this, they gave us the credit for it, so I have to digest it now. Instead of celebrating, we now have other things to think about too."
Tuchel, who has a contract with Bayern Munich until the summer of 2025, was further asked if he will remain in the coaching position.
"I assume so," he concluded.
