Trippier fears Man Utd move could collapse with Atletico Madrid valuation

Atletico Madrid right back Kieran Trippier is worried about losing out on a move to Manchester United this summer, reports The Times.

Trippier is a boyhood United fan and his family would like to settle back in the Manchester area.

Reports in England and Spain have linked him to United, despite the fact he is a regular for Diego Simeone's La Liga winners.

The situation may have changed, as United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer may see right-back as a priority this summer.

Atletico want a significant fee for Trippier and United have other areas of concern in the squad.

The Spanish giants are demanding at least £20m for Trippier, despite him entering the last two years of his contract.
