Burnley fullback Kieran Trippier admits they've suffered for not taking their chances this season.
Burnley drew 0-0 with Stoke City on Saturday.
Trippier said: "If you look at the opportunities we've had in many games this season we could have put them away and we didn't, and that's cost us.
"Other teams have taken their chances and that's why we've not got as many goals and points as we wanted.
"We're disappointed to be relegated but in terms of our performance we've shown everybody what we're about.
"Our fitness is good, we've been in every game ad we just go to win. We're disappointed but we're hoping to bounce back."
