Trio of youngsters receive first Socceroos call-up ahead of South Korea friendly

Holger Osieck has named his 19-man Australia squad for next week's international friendly with Korea Republic.

The Socceroos take on the Taeguk Warriors at the Hwaseong Stadium, Hwaseong on Wednesday 14 November with Osieck handing first call ups to a trio of young guns.

Melbourne Heart's Aziz Behich, Central Coast Mariners' Tomas Rogic and Red Star Belgrade's Eli Babalj have all been included along with recalled players Mathew Leckie (FSV Frankfurt 1899), Mathew Ryan (Central Coast Mariners) and Michael Thwaite (Perth Glory).

Regulars Lucas Neill, Mark Schwarzer, Carl Valeri and Luke Wilkshire are all in the Socceroos squad who are ranked 34th in FIFA rankings and are preparing to meet the South Koreans who find themselves 25th in the world.
