Adelaide United have enjoyed a brilliant start to the season and a lot of that has to do with the form of midfielder Marcos Flores.

The 24-year old Argentine playmaker has been a vital member of the Reds line-up which has recorded three wins on the trot and his performance in the 3-1 away win over Sydney FC on Saturday gained his third-successive tribalfootball.comA-League Team of the Week selection.

Flores' link up play with young gun Mathew Leckie and striker Sergio van Dijk has been a highlight of the past few weeks and along with Melbourne Heart's Nick Kalmar, he is the in-form midfielder in the competition.

Kalmar, who netted his second goal in two games to help the Heart to their first win, also grabbed his third selection for his game against the North Queensland Fury at AAMI Park on Saturday evening.
