Tottenham winger Andros Townsend feels they should throw caution to the wind when going to Benfica this week.

Spurs trail the Europa League tie 3-1.

"We've nothing to lose," Townsend told the Spurs website. "We're two goals behind from the home leg, so we can go there, have a go and see what happens."
