Tottenham winger Andros Townsend is confident they can bounce back from their FA Cup elimination at the hands of Leicester City.
He insists they will be doing everything to protect their 1-0 lead from the Capital One Cup semifinal first leg against Sheffield United and reach the final.
Townsend said: "The character is there, everyone has seen the amount of times we've come back in games this season from goals down in the last minute.
"On Saturday it happened against us, football is like that, but we have the characters to pick ourselves up and go again on Wednesday and try to get to Wembley.
"We have to remain positive, the games come thick and fast.
"We now play a semi-final with Wembley the target, so we've still a lot to look forward to and hopefully we'll bring the positivity back on Wednesday.
"Wednesday is a massive game and hopefully we can put the smiles back on the faces of everyone associated with the club."
