Tottenham defender Jonathan Woodgate says Sir Alex Ferguson has his youth policy at Manchester United absolutely spot on.
"They'll probably win the European Cup again this season," the former Real Madrid defender told the Sunday Times. "They are an exceptional bunch of players, and they've got the winning mentality running all the way through the club. You can see it in the youngsters they bring in.
"Sir Alex [Ferguson] has said he will start Danny Welbeck [aged 18] and Darron Gibson [21] in the final, and they are both top prospects, from what I've seen. Their young players can have nobody better to learn from than Gary Neville, Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs."
