Tottenham midfielder Luka Modric admits he's become a better player under manager Harry Redknapp.

"Harry has made me a better player," Modric said in the Daily Mirror.

"He told everyone they should give me the ball and move around me. I respected (Juande) Ramos but there wasn't a special harmony between us and the coach."

He added: "We will be in the top six this season."
