Tottenham are weighing up a late market move for Napoli defender Nikola Maksimovic.

Radio Kiss Kiss says Spurs boss Jose Mourinho wants two new additions before next week's deadline - a centre-half and a midfielder.

And in terms of centre-half, Maksimovic is on Mourinho's radar.

The Spurs manager is a fan of Serbian footballers and has long followed Maksimovic.

Lazio also showed interest in Maksimovic this month, but eventually chose to sign AC Milan defender Mateo Musacchio yesterday.
