Tottenham using Kaboul to land Portsmouth's Muntari

Tottenham are eyeing Portsmouth midfielder Sulley Muntari.

The People says Spurs boss Juande Ramos is willing to offer central defender Younes Kaboul in part exchange for the Ghanaian midfielder, who played a crucial role in Pompey's FA Cup triumph.

Fratton Park chief Harry Redknapp tried to sign Kaboul in January and Spurs are willing to use the Frenchman as bait for Muntari, with £7million in cash on top.

Redknapp will be desperate to keep Muntari, 23, a £7m signing from Italian club Udinese last summer. Pompey now value him at double that fee after an outstanding debut season in England.
