Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is pushing for ?the Belgian as he looks to shake up the White Hart Lane club's squad - and is hoping for a straight swap with Aaron Lennon.
Spurs failed with a bid earlier this month, but will return with their Lennon offer before Monday's deadline.
