Tottenham striker Vincent Janssen was back at AZ Alkmaar on Sunday.
Janssen scored 27 goals in the Eredivisie last term, winning the young player of the year gong, but the timing of his switch to the Premier League meant he was denied a proper farewell after an impressive season at AFAS Stadion.
So the 22-year-old returned to the Netherlands to salute the supporters who got behind him last term.
AZ Alkmaar recorded just their second win of the campaign as goals from Dabney dos Santos and Alireza Jahanbakhsh either side of the break helped them to a 2-0 victory.
