Tottenham winger Gareth Bale has signed an agreement with Sundog Pictures, a company chaired by Richard Branson's son Sam. The deal entitles the production company to exclusive branded digital content of Welshman Bale.
Though terms of the agreement have not been released, it has been described as "long-term" and guarantees Sundog regular access to Bale, 'ensuring a consistent flow of content.'
Sundog will look to offer their Bale content to brands looking to back him.
Bale has some 400,000 Facebook fans and over 150,000 followers on Twitter.
"As one of the most exciting and valuable players in world football, Gareth automatically provides a huge international following on social media.
"Our aim is to feed the voracious appetite for more background and smart content about footballers and their lives," said Sundog's director of brand engagement Nick Ryle.
