Gareth Bale was the star of the show as Wales defeated Austria 2-1 at the Liberty Stadium in an international friendly on Wednesday night.
The Tottenham ace opened the scoring for the Dragons in the 21st minute when he received a pass from Liverpool's Joe Allen before tucking home for his 10th international goal.
Seven minutes into the second half, Bale turned provider when he set up Sam Vokes for the Burnley striker to head home before Marc Janko gave Austria a glimmer of hope when he hit the back of the net with a header of his own in the 75th minute but the damage had already been done by Bale and co.
It was just the tonic Wales needed as they prepare to take on Scotland and then Croatia in a 2014 World Cup qualifying double-header next month.
