Tottenham have made a bid for Porto midfielder Joao Moutinho.
The Daily Star says Spurs have made a £20m bid for Moutinho.
Spurs first enquired about the Portugal star weeks ago, only to be put off by his asking price.
But they have returned to Moutinho as their No.1 target following the £33m sale of Luka Modric to Real Madrid.
