Vlad Chiriches is delighted with his move to Tottenham.
The former Steaua Bucharest defender signed for Spurs on Friday.
Chiriches told the club's website: "I'm happy for this transfer. I'm proud to be at a club like Tottenham. For me, this is something incredible.
"I watch the Premier League all the time and I hoped one day I would play for a team in the Premier League. This dream now came true.
"The team plays very good football. I saw them (play) in Premier League and the Europa League too, and the team has had so many good games."
