Celtic starlet James Forrest has emerged as a transfer target for Tottenham according to SunSport.
The talented 20-year old winger was watched by Spurs scouts on Saturday as the North London club continue to monitor his progress.
It is believed that Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is prepared to offer £7million when the January transfer window opens which is a bid likely to test the resolve of Celtic who have been very impressed by Forrest in recent months.
