Portsmouth are reportedly keen on Tottenham outcast Giovani dos Santos.

The south coast club are showing interest in the Mexico international who was on loan with Ipswich Town earlier this year and are expected to make a move for him in the January transfer window.

Pompey were linked with the 20-year old during summer but did not have funds available for his purchase.

Now, following the takeover by Ali Al-Faraj's group, the financial situation is no longer a problem and dos Santos may find himself in Portsmouth blue come January.
