Tottenham midfielder Simon Dawkins admits he is loving life with MLS club San Jose Earthquakes.
The 24-year old spent last season with the Quakes and returned to California in February for another 12-month spell in which he has so far featured on 12 occasions including eight starts.
"I've started the last six games and things are going really well.
"The team has pushed on again this season and we're competing at the top of the division. The players are confident and the team is playing well.""It took me a little time to get back into the starting line-up but that was no surprise as the team started the season so well," Dawkins told Spurs' official website.
And Dawkins also took time to pay tribute to former Tottenham striker Robbie Keane, who is now starring with LA Galaxy. The Quakes defeated LA 3-2 at The Home Depot Center on Wednesday night.
"Obviously he's a fantastic player, a legend at Spurs and he was always there with advice for me and I'll always be thankful for that.""He really helped me when I was a youngster coming through at Spurs," added Dawkins.
