Tottenham are following FC Twente defender Douglas.

The Daily Star Sunday says Spurs scouts have watched Brazil-born Douglas, 25, several times over the past few weeks as they seek to add to their backline.

William Gallas, 35, looks set to leave White Hart Lane at the end of the season while Younes Kaboul, 27, could also be on his way.
