Tottenham are prepared to sell Eric Dier at the end of the season.

The Daily Mail says Spurs will sell Dier this summer unless he commits his future to the club.

The England star is reluctant to sign a new deal amid concerns over reduced game-time under Jose Mourinho.

Dier's contract expires in 2021 and chairman Daniel Levy wants to avoid a situation whereby another player enters the final year of his deal, as has been the case with Christian Eriksen, Jan Vertonghen and Toby Alderweireld.

The 26-year-old wants assurances over his first-team standing but, having not started in the Premier League since before Christmas, they have not been forthcoming. It is thought that Dier would also prefer to play at centre-back as opposed to holding midfield.
