West Bromwich Albion chairman Jeremy Peace is refusing to budge over the sale of star youngster Saido Berahino, despite a forthcoming offer from Tottenham.
Spurs are reportedly keen to offer the Baggies as much as £25million for the striker, however Peace is said to be against the deal, and is currently refusing to sanction a transfer.
The sale of Berahino could hold the key to the future of Charlie Austin and Matt Phillips, with Tony Pulis lining up a double swoop for the QPR pair if Berahino leaves.
22-year-old Berahino is keen on forcing a move to North London but Albion are continuing to stand firm.
