Roma rate Destro in the €25 million class and Spurs are willing to include Roberto Soldado in their offer to bring down the cash component.
However, Roma are only interested in a straight cash deal.
Should Destro be sold, the Giallorossi will turn to off contract Chelsea striker Samuel Eto'o as a replacement.
