Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly making big strides to sign Sofiane Boufal from Lille.

Foot Mercato is of the belief that Spurs are in advanced negotiations with the Ligue 1 club regarding the summer transfer of the Moroccan winger and have offered a five-year deal.

Paris-born Boufal, 22, has starred for Lille this season following his arrival from Angers in January 2015 and would command a fee of around £15million.

However, L'Equipe reports that Spurs will be challenged by the likes of Everton, Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan and Wolfsburg for the signature of Boufal who has netted 11 league goals for Les Dogues this term.
