Tottenham are launching a bid for Montpellier playmaker Younes Belhanda.
Tottenham are ready to make a £10million January bid for Belhanda, according to the Daily Mail.
The 22-year-old was named young player of the year in France last season as his side unexpectedly won the Ligue 1 title.
The Morocco international has previously attracted interest from Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City. He has scored eight goals in 22 appearances this season.
