Tottenham hope to ease the pain of losing Gareth Bale to Real Madrid with three stunning signings in the coming days. The Daily Mail says Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas has refused to dwell on the Welshman's exit as he closes in on Roma forward Erik Lamela and Ajax playmaker Christian Eriksen.
They are also closing in on a deal for Romanian defender Vlad Chiriches, who arrived in London on Wednesday ahead of an £8.5m move from Steaua Bucharest.
