Tottenham goalkeeper Brad Friedel admits he second guessed the appointment of Andre Villas-Boas.
The American stopper revealed that the 35-year-old's failed stint at Chelsea had made him anxious about his ability to step into the Spurs hot-seat.
To be honest with you I heard a lot of stories from his time at Chelsea but - I'm being really honest here - he told the lads right from the start that he has an open-door policy, and you can knock on his door at any time," he told talkSPORT radio.
"You can talk to him about anything that you want to talk about."
