Southampton are moving for Tottenham midfielder Iago Falque.

The Daily Mail says Tottenham are set to loan Spanish midfielder Falque out to Southampton, if they can secure permission from his parent club.

The 22-year-old joined on a season-long loan last summer from Juventus, and has figured in five Europa League ties and as a late substitute for Jermain Defoe in the FA Cup victory over Cheltenham.

However, manager Harry Redknapp wants him to gain more experience ahead of the final few months of the season.
