Tottenham midfielder Nabil Bentaleb is confident that Spurs will bounce back against Stoke City on Saturday after the disappointing 1-0 defeat to Manchester City last weekend.
The north London side is still in the hunt for a Europa League spot and faces competition from seventh-placed Southampton, who sit a point behind them, making the trip to the Britannia Stadium a vital one.
Bentaleb said: "It was a difficult game, we persevered and played really well and we deserved better than a defeat.
"We should have taken our chances before their goal but we didn't and we have to use that as a lesson now.
"We move onto the next game, Stoke away, and we'll look to put things right.
"It's going to be another tough game but we'll recover from this latest setback and be ready to give our all again."
