Tottenham are ready to spend big this summer.

The London Evening Standard says Tottenham have made Real Betis playmaker Giovani Lo Celso and Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele summer transfer targets.

Leeds' youngster Jack Clarke and Fulham twins Ryan and Steven Sessegnon are also on Spurs' summer shortlist.

Spurs have already bid €60m for Lo Celso.

They are also considering a bid for Lyon enforcer Ndombele, who has starred in Ligue 1 and the Champions League for Lyon.
