Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp faces a wait over a deal for Manchester City defender Micah Richards.
The young England international is a £9 million target for Redknapp.
The Sunday Mirror says Richards won't be allowed to leave until a replacement signing is found by City boss Roberto Mancini. The Italian's priority is Barcelona fullback Daniel Alves.
