Tottenham eyeing Sion forward Konate

Tottenham Hotspur are planning a move for FC Sion striker Moussa Konate, according to reports from the Daily Mirror.

Spurs narrowly missed out on the Premier League title this season but they have qualified for the Champions League, which can be seen as a foundation to attract players to strengthen the squad.

In order to equip his side for the rigors of Europe, manager Mauricio Pochettino is sure to be bolstering his side over the summer and now according to reports, it has been claimed that the Argentine is looking to add to Spurs' attack with a £6million swoop for Donate.

The 23-year-old Senegal international has scored nine goals in the Swiss Super League for a total of 33 in 67 outings in all competitions for Sion since arriving in 2014.
