Tottenham are exploring the prospect of re-signing Sporting CP attacker Marcus Edwards.

Record says Tottenham are showing interest in Edwards after his superb Champions League showing home and away against his former club.

The Londoners are following his progress at Sporting and are considering making a bid for him as early as January.

Edwards has seven goals and six assists in 19 competitive games for Sporting this season.

The Englishman is on a Sporting contract that runs until the summer of 2026.
