Peter Odemwingie has welcomed talk of a move to Tottenham.
The Lokomotiv Moscow striker has been linked with a swap at Spurs for Roman Pavlyuchenko.
Odemwingie, who has also been linked with Everton and Fulham, is being offered to Barclays Premier League clubs for £8.5million after signalling his intention to leave the Russian club.
"I think I am ripe enough now as a player to move to England," he told KickOffNigeria.
"I am more experienced now, a better player.
"Maybe now, I can show my talent in a big league. I have a one-year contract left in Moscow, and I am not extending it, so maybe this summer after the World Cup, I might make a move.
"I cannot say for sure it's going to be England, you never know. But that's where I am working towards. But it has to be a good club, a big club."
