Tottenham striker Harry Kane has praised the manner of Spurs' 3-1 victory over Newcastle United on the weekend.
Nacer Chadli, Christian Eriksen and Kane all hit the scoresheet at St James' Park to allow Spurs to bounce back after their disappointing home defeat to Aston Villa last week.
"I think we deserved it today, we played very well," Kane said.
"We had two disappointing performances in the last couple of weeks and we wanted to put it right.
"Credit to the lads we really played well and deserved the three points." Kane scored the third goal for Spurs in the injury-time after Eriksen had restored Tottenham's lead minutes after Jack Colback had leveled for Newcastle inside the first minute of the second half.
Chadli's produced a stunning opener on the half-hour mark when he drove at the Magpies defence before unleashing with his left foot from distance.
