Tottenham defender Joe Rodon is delighted with his recent run of games.

The Wales international centre-back has started two of the last three matches and returned to the Premier League fold in the 3-1 win against Sheffield United on Sunday.

"This is a top club with top players, so for me to come into this environment and learn alongside these players every day is only going to improve me as a player," he told the Spurs website.

“I'm grateful and delighted to be part of it. I've got to keep working hard every day, try to show the coaching staff that I can be involved more often and when the chances come along, I've got to be confident and try to take them."

On victory over Sheffield United, Rodon added: "Things haven't gone our way at times of late and I just thought it was a brilliant reaction.

“We went after them from the start, implemented our style on the game and we were delighted to get the three points. Now it's on to the next one!"
